All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We do our best to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery of orders is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

The GRIZZLA name, logo, website content, images, and copy are the property of the business operating this store and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
