RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At GRIZZLA we want you backing your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we sort it.
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you've changed your mind.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. Once we receive the item and check it over, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item — your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described
If your GRIZZLA Brush arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what was described, that's on us. Email us with your order number and a couple of photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to Start a Return
Email support@grizzlabrush.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
What We Can't Accept
We can't accept returns on items that are not in original condition, or that have been damaged through misuse.
