Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get an order confirmation by email when you order, and a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Standard Shipping — $9.95. Free on all orders over $150. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
- Express Shipping — $14.95. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can vary depending on your location, the courier, and busy periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged in Transit
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't turn up, get in touch at support@grizzlabrush.comand we'll help sort it out.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before dispatch, but we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
